Stocks with an S-3/F-3 on file, a recent upspike in price following a looooong, multi-month downtrend (and hence probably strapped for cash), are most prone to a share offering. This is a repeating pattern.
Well I didn’t get out of TBLT. 😂 I should have sold around 8.50-9.00. But I was hoping it would go back up. I turned about 12k profit into about 4K profit. 😂 learning experience. At least I finished in the green.

What`s your source of the Float? Sometimes it has a huge difference with another sources. Maybe your stats are more relevant

Lost 5% today. I am down 2.40 from 57. lesson learned, don’t be greedy. I bought revb at 2.68(tried for 2.60 but missed) and wanted to sell at 2.78 but got greedy.
