Can I sell a stock that I buy within a day in a cash account? Or Will I have to wait for it to be settle in 2 days as well?

Hi all, I know this video was posted years ago but I have a question that I hope you can answer. If I trade using a 401k with over $25,000 in it can I bypass the PDT rule and make more than three trades a week? Thanks so much!
Could you give me an idea on how strenuous filing taxes as a day trader would be? Because I have a cash account as of right now and just placing several trades a week causes me some frustration with entering tax data at the end of the year.

I am very confused by Fidelity "professionals" who are helping over the phone, every time something new and different?!
I have same as you IRA and Margin over 25K (63K margin buying power) accounts. yesterday I have made 5 quick buys and sales about 25K each, proffited about 1K (none of sales were for loss) and when trying to do 6th I got message: "(354017) you do not have enough day-trade buying power to day trade this position, at Fidelity first I was told as you are saying that on margin I can buy and sell as many times a day as I want but now next person is saying that I am in violation even it does not show on my account under violations? Please help.
