Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

The scammers are back, except this time they left a trail. That's going to make it pretty easy to figure out exactly who is behind this scam. but I don't have the tools to follow the trail. Maybe one of you guys will.

All right? So if you missed my first episode I shared with you, there's a new scam going on on Wall Street And this is how it works. This group of scammers is creating ads specifically on Facebook and they're imposters because they're pretending to be other people I Saw one just yesterday where pretending to be Bill Amman You know the billionaire hedge fund manager and they're saying hey, I'm Bill Amman I have just created a WhatsApp group and I'll be sharing a couple of Trades each week with you guys? Obviously not, but when you go into that WhatsApp group, you're talking to what appears to be Bill Amman and he's sending you messages on Whatsapp telling you what stocks to buy. Well, there's a group that's doing this to me. they're pretending to be me Ross Cameron and they're using my logo, using my face using my picture and so I actually joined the WhatsApp group and I'm talking to this guy who's pretending to be me now I First started talking with him a couple weeks ago and he told me the trade alerts come from inside information and I said well, isn't that insider trading and he said sh, don't worry about that So so after I accused him of insider trading I thought that he maybe, well he ghosted me I Didn't hear from him for a couple weeks.

but I just got a message yesterday and he said good morning, there will definitely be a rising stock tomorrow. Please tune in to my message before the Market opens and I say okay I will and then today he says good morning and I say good morning and he says Cctg is today's Insider tip Okay, what do we know about Cctg? There's a few things that we know about Cctg. The first is that it just ipoed yesterday. The second is that it's a Chinese stock.

This particular scam involves Securities and that leaves a little bit of a different paper trip. So let's look at the chart on Cctg. Okay, so Cctg today is actually up now to be honest. I Well first of all, I was actually looking at this before I got the message because this did IPO yesterday but I heard some people lost some money on it.

It was not a clean IPO it popped up, it dropped down. It popped up. it dropped down. It was just big spreads, light volume, not easy to trade.

typical and not surprising because we had a recent IPO on the Chinese company. Uh, ticker. Roma and on day one of the IPO it dropped a staggering 85% I'm not kidding and that's not that day right there. That's this day.

We go back a little bit further. Right here it: IPOs at about 10 and drops down to like a150. Wow, that is insane. I don't even I don't even know how that happens.

And then here's what's really interesting. A couple days later it pops up. Uh, and where was this? It was right. Uh no, it wasn't there.

It was right here. So a couple days later it pops up, it pops up, it pulls back, it halts up, and then it sells off all day long. And you know what? I actually suspect that there might have been something fishy going on here too because you know it's just and and I didn't know if I don't know if there was something fishy, maybe maybe not. But I bought into this halt, it goes up and then it resumes and it tanks and it sells off all day long.
It felt like a trap. It felt like you know, a pump and dump. That's kind of how it felt like there was some alert and it got pumped up. and then all of a sudden you've got these insiders who are just dumping shares Now What's going on with Cctg with this group is it certainly appears that they are pumping and probably dumping the stock now.

I have a few reasons to believe that and it is speculation because I don't know for sure. Uh, but I have some reasons to believe it. Okay, so here's the first reason. The first reason is we know some really shady stuff goes on with these Chinese companies.

We also know that a lot of these uh WhatsApp scams are run out of China so that's all goes hand in hand now. in uh, when it first started squeezing up right here he sent me a message and he said the price will adjust later. please wait for my message. So I'm like okay so then at 10:19 a.m.

he says buy at current price Now here's something a little bit funny about that just moments before I'm of course streaming to our our community at Warrior trading and I told members about what was going on. So I was like I will not be trading this stock because I don't want to trade a stock that's got this stuff going on with it and um and I said you know something kind of interesting is happening here. There's a really big seller that just lined up on the level two and I mean I'm talking a really big seller. You'll see it right here.

You see that seller that's about 200,000 shares for sale at 850 and I said you guys how much you want to bet I'm about to get the message message telling me to buyy. So here's how you can find who I think is behind the scam group. figure out who was selling those shares now I can't do it I don't have access to that kind of data I don't know who is selling those shares but I think if you could figure out who is selling that block of shares right there it seems. and it could be a coincidence.

An awfully awfully big coincidence that moments before I get a WhatsApp alert to buy the stock at the current price, someone comes up with A200 ,000 share sell order right here. And so in these few minutes, there were over a million shares of volume traded and a lot of that volume was people buying right at 850. So think about that. A million shares at $8.50 A 1 million time? $ 850.

That's $8.5 million value worth of stock that they were selling. Now what we don't know is where that person was in from now. If they sold a full million shares, maybe half of it was, uh, was that sell in from that the this group or this individual person who knows, Well, that's still $4 million worth of worth of shares. That's a lot of money.
We don't know if this is someone who bought yesterday, Maybe they didn't buy premarket or after hours? there wasn't the volume to buy that kind of size. Could it have been someone who bought in here? Maybe. Could it have been someone that had shares before the IPO or got shares? you know, somehow at the IPO Maybe I don't know. Now One of the things that I also speculate is that there were waves of um, what's that messages that were going out so you know, maybe one of the first waves and I don't know, maybe there I don't know what wave I was on, right? But there was certainly a wave that went out when I got my message and we saw all that volume right there at 850.

But then it ended up going up a little bit higher. And you know what happened When it went up a little bit higher, it goes up a little bit higher. And there was another seller just like it at 950 Mhm. So they're unloading at 850, they're unloading at 950, it goes up to 10.

There were more sellers at 10, another seller at 10 and it broke 10. but then it dumps right back down. So someone sold a lot of stock today and I don't know who I you know I'm I'm always careful to not make accusations and things that I'm speculating on because I don't know. But clearly this appears to be a pump and dump, right? That's what it appears to be.

Now, the thing that makes it a pump and dump? there's sort of two things. There's deception here. Uh, and there's not any clear, um, communication that they're already in, right? So if you're in a position, you have to say you're in a position. Of course, when I'm streaming and I'm trading, my P&l is right there.

So you have disclosure. You need that disclosure. Even when you watch the news, sometimes they'll say oh, this person has is currently holding a position to this or you see someone write an article. This person's currently holding a position of this.

You have to disclose that because it obviously therefore you have a bias right? And then the second is Um is communicating potentially just totally false information. Now he's saying he has an Insider tip and I think the reason he's saying Insider information is because he wants to make me complicit if I trade on his information. So if I lose money I'm not going to go report it to the cops or you know report him because I I lost money on an Insider trade right? you wouldn't do that. so I don't But you know he's still presenting it as he has some special Insider information, some Insider news or something like that and one of the things that Pump and Numbers will do is they'll say there's there's news coming.

They make up news so they don't disclose that they already have accumulated a huge position which they're going to be selling when you buy and they make up news. Those those are two elements of being deceitful. So in the case of Um of this WhatsApp message, there is absolutely no disclosure. Of course I mean I wouldn't expect it, but but of course there's not.
So we're left just to speculate at what price they were in at and I suppose if you were able to figure out who that sell order was then from that point a regulator could figure out how long they were holding the shares, what price they got in at, and so on and so forth. One of the things that I do with Um especially these Chinese companies is: I actually look at the filings in a little bit more detail. so on Warrior I can pull up the stock right here and pull up the information and as soon as I see Hong Kong based company I'm like yep, Okay, we got to look into this in a little bit more detail. so they expect to receive receive gross proceeds of $5.5 million from the offering before deducting underwriting discounts.

So then I'm like, okay, so you know I'm wondering who's the um, who's the underwriter, right? So who's involved with underwriting this company and this one? Um, what's interesting is there's a couple of different Underwriters that are mentioned. Um, there's this one right here. rever Securities LLC and then uh. what was also interesting is if you go over to the F1 which is there, this is a long long.

you see it's like a 100 pages long. It's the Um registration statement. If you search for underwriter and I'll do this. Um, you'll see.

We've agreed to issue warrants to Joseph Stone Capital as representative of the underwriters. Okay, so Joseph Stone Capital so we can save that name and check that out and then we could see. um R see I Actually don't see R anywhere on this. um which is interesting.

So so let's look. so if we look up Joseph Stone Capital we'll see that Joseph Stone Capital has been. uh, their name is in these other companies. So then what I do is I just look at the other companies.

I'm like what do I know about them? Does this tell me a story? Does it tell me anything about the performance of these other companies? EJ EJ H Hm I'm familiar with that name. Why am I familiar with that name? EJ It's definitely Chinese Boy golly, it's at 48 cents a share. It's done one two three reverse splits. Holy smokes, This is a stock that um seems to be declining in value rapidly.

All right, typical of a Chinese company. I guess um especially a small cap Chinese company. but I remember it from back here when it ipoed because when it ipoed this thing went straight up it went to the Moon It was insane. So this was May 2021 the market was hot and I I'm I'm sure I traded it probably every retail Trader was trading it, it was hot.

This made a big move. Uh, but as you can see over time it has sold off and it sold off really hard on a couple of these days. Now this could be right around the time the Insiders were allowed to start selling different companies. Um, when they do their IPO have different restrictions about when inside Iders can start selling.
Uh, so Joseph Stone Capital. Okay, so EJ What about MSS Anyone remember that one? Let's take a look at the chart. I Remember it. MSS This is another one that got absolutely annihilated.

It has a slow grind up, nice parabolic move, slow grind, and then in one day loses about 85% of its value. It's at 76 cents a share right now. It just got completely crushed. Okay, so now I'm starting to paint a little bit picture of.

These are the types of companies that, um, you know, at least two of the recent companies that Jose of Stone Capital has been involved with. Now we can also check here: rever Securities LLC and just see if we find anything on that name in the filings. All right. So this, um, Mobq okay, remember that one I'm familiar with that one Oq this is actually one that I lost on, um, pretty recently is really annoying.

doesn't matter. but it's still annoying. I'm over it. I'll never be over it it.

Okay, um, let's just try to keep moving on. All right. So this one you can see here. Um, yep, another one that's had this big selloff.

That's Mobq. All right. So which others are they involved with? Fel I Remember that one BR Mg Adtx All right. GH So so we've got a theme here.

These are all similar. A lot of these are Chinese companies that are popped and dropped. Uh, you know you can look at the underwriter in more detail. Check out their website I I'm not super familiar with this underwriter.

Um, one of the ones that we've seen a number of um, kind of terrible sell-offs was on Univest Securities um LLC these are. you know these are all firms that help bring small companies to the public markets and they they have a niche. you know, obviously Goldman these big big Banks they're not going to be interested in um in helping IPO most of these small Chinese companies. so you have different sort of Boutique firms that do it.

but um, uh, you know, as we've seen, unfortunately, who ends up holding the bag are you know us retail Traders And it's kind of a shame. I mean it's it really is a shame. Univest has a track record of a bunch of stocks that have just dropped really, really hard. So I think in the future there'll probably be more um regulation around bringing foreign um companies to the public markets in the US Nonetheless, um, we we get the alert on Cctg I I see it come in and then my speculation is that they were probably sending out additional alerts.

uh, to other groups. you know I may be in one of the first groups or maybe I'm in the last I Don't know. Maybe there was an alert that went out here and then another one that went out here another one that went out you know, somewhere in this area and then maybe a final one right in here, right? and now I haven't gotten anything since so you know that's Ctgg Cctg. You know, you know.
The thing is, we have the limited information we have and then we speculate from there. Now there are certain things that could prove our hypothesis. Um, if we found out who who were those big sellers at 850 at 950 and at 10 you know who were who were they figure out how where do they get their their shares from how long have they been holding them? Who are those people? Are they us residents? Probably not We. We may never we.

We probably will never know the answer to who those sellers were. Honestly probably the best thing that we can do is keep our eyes open. Be aware. So of course our community members were well aware that there was something going on with that stock which made it a no touch for me so didn't touch it, didn't trade it.

And um, you know to share that awareness to stay diligent and hope that at some point Regulators make some changes to help prevent this type of stuff from happening because we've been seeing it, especially with the Chinese stocks. Now you know. Look, we we've had some great momentum on the Chinese stocks, but a lot of people have been saying it's because they get get pumped up and then you know the Insiders sell and they leave retail us Traders holding the bag. So ultimately the market would be better if we didn't have those types of things happening and um, hopefully something will be done about it.

But one of the problems is I Report these. um I report these people that are on WhatsApp and on Facebook all the time. You know we we reported like a hundred of them just uh, we did 92 the week before last. we did another 50 or 100 just last week.

We're doing them all the time. we report them and it's really, really hard to report them on the social media platforms. And you know what happened on Tik Tok Chinese Platform I Report all these scammer accounts. The impostor accounts.

You know who. They ban me, my account's gone. The only accounts on Tik Tok for Warrior are spam accounts. fake accounts, Impostor accounts.

The real account's gone. Now why do these platforms keep these accounts? Some of them are running ads. They're actually making money off of these accounts and I think that's a problem. You know it is a conflict of interest.

They if they enforce the the rules, then they're going to make a little bit less money. I mean I Don't know what their rules are, but if they said well, these are impostor accounts. They shouldn't be running ads pretending to be somebody else. Another business that's you Know that's horrible, but it keeps happening.

So I Really Think: Ultimately: yeah, can we report accounts? We can? It's very hard a lot of times nothing happens. So really, it's the platform providers that need to shut this down and and then to a certain extent Regulators Who could step in? but this is probably like small potatoes for them. You know? I mean this isn't. This is like nothing compared to some of the big stuff that goes on.
and we've seen crazy big stuff go on, especially with some of the big Big Banks There's only so much we can do. But yeah, it's just the market that we're in, so be careful. be cautious and I'll see you back here for the next episode. There will probably be another installment of Scam Alert, so stay tuned for the next one.

All right. Reminder: As always, trading is risky I'll see you guys soon.

You're talking about being banned from tick tock in favor of the paying liars as though it's not normal. This is the normal now. And what do you think anybody could do if they found out who these insiders were? There's nothing anyone can do to stop this. This is the new normal

I would say the answer is to just short these names but the 1 time it goes wild and jumps to $500 instead of tanking will just blow up your entire account. Probably best to avoid them entirely or hold them for literally seconds and not minutes if you want to take a stab. Brutal.
