Do you spreadsheet log to the 15 minute timeframe , your trading initiations ? And plot that visually over the course of a trading day including pre & post market trading. And then accumulate those numbers for the week , and month, and 100 / 500 trades. And plot those statistics down to each 15 minute quadrant for your trading day. If this was done correctly and with maintaining discipline, I would certainly guarantee you could improve your trading profits significantly. Even a 1% increase on average would yield multi millions over 500 trades. But it takes a lot of work to keep disciplined records in spreadsheet form. Anytime is a good time for large caps, the first 30 min are the best for small caps stocks
For me near Market close. Then it will have put in most of movement Topped out or Bottomed out.
