Warrior Trading // Ross Cameron // Day Trade Warrior

Ross what was your Turning Point as a Trader My turning point was a big red day and the reason that was a turning point was because it was such a big red day I couldn't trade in my account anymore until I added more money and so it forced me to cool off and more importantly, take a step back and look at everything I was doing what was working and more importantly what was not working and I realized that when I looked at all of my trades, I actually would have been a profitable Trader if I stopped doing a few things. Number one: some of my red were getting a little bit too big and they were happening too frequently now. I thought if I could reduce the size of those red Days by 50% and I could have them a little less frequently, that could be a turning point for me. And so when I funded my account I came back with discipline I said I have to cut my losses immediately and I have to focus on the best quality setups I said trade the best, leave the rest and Discipline carried me through.

Yesterday I was up 2350$ and I overstayed my welcome ended up going -700! It’s so important to not get greedy and control the emotions. For myself it was a sobering experience

I still have one of my blown accounts from back when 😂, balance $24.??, P/L ($236) . That -$236 was at one point ($1000). I had a light bulb go, and watching that -P/L was better then a wet dream. It reminds of the wonders of the brain those light bulb moments when things make sense

That's cool that you mention this… I think in life in general our biggest turning points come after hard stuff, not good stuff. 👍
