What Page or app you used to do trading? And if it's available in Puerto Rico?
Haven't been to my original homeland in over a decade. It's fun for vacation but to live…heck no! Poor infrastructure, grids, etc. After hurricane Maria, it's been downhill and worrisome.
On the brighter side, for tax purposes yes it's definitely a tax haven. Our currency is US dollars and last time I remembered if you do own property you DON'T have to pay property taxes that's of course if you are an official resident.
