Please someone correct me if I’m wrong. From what I’m understanding is that Elon is now the owner of Twitter. The sale is still in the process of going through. When the sale officially goes through then Elon will take the company private and all shareholders will be removed from their position at $54.20/share. The price as I’m posting this is right around $50 so if someone is to buy Twitter right now at $50 as soon as the sale is final and The stock is delisted the person who bought at $50 will make $4.20 a share? So the question is why is the stock not trading around $54 when it’s guaranteed profit at $54.20

I'll be curious to see if Elon Musk doesn't enlist Jack Dorsey to look over the transition. I think that would be the best possible start. They're friends, and I think they both have the same appreciation for free speech. Jack Dorsey was very vocal during all of this, and I believe he was working with Musk behind the scenes.
