The question of "is this gambling?" has messed with my head for a long time.
I used to think, if you can demonstrate a consistent proven strategy, you're not gambling.
But that is not true.
It's definitely gambling – by definition (you can lose money). If you have a consistent proven strategy, you are a consitently profitable gambler.
Is Aaron Judge gambling? No. He is paid, whether he hits a base hit / home run, or strikes out. He might get fired for too many strikeouts, but the Yankees wont take his salary away.
But is gambling a "bad" thing? I would say no, if you are consistently profitable over the long term.
Just my 2 cents.
The Yankees are in the business of gambling on baseball players.

Just wanted to say thank you. I really appreciate your detailed approach. I only started watching your channel last week and have already gained more understanding. I had some foundational knowledge, but you're helping take it to the next level. Yesterday, I paper traded FNGR on the open and took $289 profit in the open. I was grateful that I was paper trading because they kept having halts and I don't understand how to figure out when a halt is going to happen. If I had been trading real money I would have been freaking out. Today I was trying to trade FNGR AND ATXI before work and lost about $240 in paper money. I knew the set-ups were bad, but just wanted to practice with the software prior to work and my time was limited.
