But out of curiosity as I try to educate myself along the video, where do you/fellow traders navigate to for potential daily movers as a go-to resource? And also, how do you evaluate a potential company as a daily trader vs a longer term one?

Got caught in that inab candle. In at 2.51, started scaling out around 2.65 then big flush to 2.30 out of nowhere
