ROSS , why is it American Brokers do not want or will not accept people from outside the USA. Please elaborate : Tax? PDT? Etc. And do you feel joining a broker outside a persons own country over over seas for the purpose of Day Trading / Scalping , will have an affect on the timing, Buys & Sells ? – Do you recommend not to join brokers outside ones own country if they don't have to ?
