Hey Ross, How do you know whether to sell the ask or bid? What do you look for? Do you sell the ask first then if order doesn't fill you sell bid immediately? I noticed your sell bid hotkeys are closer to the left CTRL, is to make selling at the bid faster? Does it depend on the spread? Any help is great! Thanks! Your trading guide book is fantastic so far!
