You're about to watch me make over four thousand dollars in less than a minute. How does this happen? I'm trading a biotech stock that has breaking news This morning. it's up over 300 percent and is squeezed up to the half dollar of 450. this is a psychological area of support resistance: half dollars and whole dollars.
So as it breaks over 450, it comes back down to retest that level when it proves it can hold 450, becomes support. I Press the buy button and get in at about 465, with a stop just below support at 449. as it squeezes up towards five I Add for the break of five and as it breaks through five I Take the whole thing off the table for four thousand dollars of profit in less than a minute. This is momentum Trading.
And how much did you invest ? In order to make the kinda money ? How many shares ?
